Tapping to Begin my Day

When I finish tapping, my bones sit better inside me.The twitching of my toes that started when I first began meditation stops and it's almost as if i can feel my body again. The meridians calm me. First feeling the different points, even with no affirmation at all, they bring me back to my body and I can be aligned, the flipping anxiety that starts every day ceases and I can begin.
